They will send you a personal activation code and the instructions to use this App.The App allows you to send alerts to the Emergency Attention Center of your company, and thus request support and monitoring in case of situations that require the attention or presence of emergency services or support or supervision personnel.You need to have data services and give the App permissions to:- Know your location (only when you use it)- Take and save photos (to send them as evidence of your report)- Record audio (to send it as part of your report)This will reduce false alarms and provide you with better service when you report situations in which you need support from the C.A.E.
